Here’s a step-by-step guide to our custom process:
✨ 1. Inquire
Start by reaching out to us here – Custom Gem Alchemy – to share your vision. Provide details about the kind of jewelry you desire (i.e. bracelet, necklace) and the preferred crystals (i.e. citrine, jasper, agate, lapis lazuli). Feel free to share images or sketches of other designs or inspirations you’re drawn to.
✨ 2. Discuss
Next, we’ll schedule a consultation – either via Zoom, email or phone – to delve a bit deeper and confirm we’re a good fit for your custom design. We’ll discuss design elements, metal preferences, accents, charms, pendants and closures – as well as your budget for the piece. The more we know, the better.
✨ 3. Invoice
Based on the deets we discussed, we’ll issue an invoice via email for your custom design.
✨ 4. Create
Upon receipt of payment, the handcrafting begins! With meticulous attention to detail, and honoring the energies of the crystals you selected, we will design jewelry that is both beautiful and meaningful. This process usually takes 5-7 days to complete.
✨ 5. Cleanse & Charge
Before your jewelry leaves our studio, we cleanse each piece with sage and running water, charge it under natural sunlight or moonlight, and bless it with positive intentions. This ensures that your custom piece is radiating top-tier energies when you receive it.

You can expect your custom order via priority mail. We will provide you with a tracking number after it ships.
