Each of our items is selected or handcrafted with care and intention, and we want you to feel aligned with your purchase. That said, we understand that sometimes things may not work out. Please review our return policy below.
✨ All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products - natural crystals, handcrafted jewelry, and metaphysical tools - all sales are final. This policy helps preserve the energetic integrity of each item and ensures that every crystal you receive has not been previously handled or worn by others.
🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will happily replace it or issue a full refund.
To initiate a claim:
Email us at crystalslovelalchemy@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
Claims made after the 7-day window or without photographic proof may not be eligible for a replacement or store credit.
🌿 Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. Each crystal and piece of jewelry is unique, and we cannot guarantee availability of an exact replacement. If your item arrives damaged, please follow the steps outlined above for a resolution.

All custom or made-to-order items are final sale and non-refundable.
